Digital business solutions provider EquiSoft announced yesterday that The Co-operators will implement WealthElements™ and its new Client Portal Module across its financial advisor network.

“We are excited to partner with EquiSoft,” said The Co-operators vice president of wealth strategy Jim Lund. “Our goal is to offer our advisors a user-friendly, flexible and scalable planning tool to address wealth management, life insurance and living benefits needs in a holistic manner. Additionally, we wanted to provide our clients with a choice on how they interact with us, whether in person, online or by phone. WealthElements is the ideal solution to meet those needs.”

According to a release, WealthElements “is an integrated suite of web-based investment, insurance and financial planning tools designed to help financial advisors efficiently manage every element of their client’s wealth.” With WealthElements, The Co-operators’ advisors can proficiently provide clients with industry-leading, tailored wealth plans.

EquiSoft added a Client Portal Module to WealthElements earlier this year, which supports advisors with client/prospect data capture, investor profiling, investment portfolio selection, as well as simple financial planning and insurance planning. The feature will also allow smooth transition from automated service to full advisor service (and back again) when warranted.

“We are very proud to be working with The Co-operators to help them deliver a leading-edge planning platform to their advisors and clients,” said EquiSoft vice president of Wealth Management Solutions Jonathan Georges. “I believe this will be a great partnership that will provide Co-operators’ advisors and their clients with a cutting-edge wealth planning experience.”
