Hub International Limited announced today that it has acquired the shares of an Ontario-based brokerage.
Hub acquired Sarjeant Brokers Limited, a Barrie, Ontario-based company that specializes in providing property and casualty insurance. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Randall Maxim, Sarjeant’s president, and Patricia Hanmer, vice president, will join Hub Ontario.
This is the latest in a string of acquisitions for the insurance broker. On Wednesday, Hub announced the acquisition of Alaska-based Patterson Insurance Brokers. On Tuesday, it announced the acquisition of Edmonton-based New Dimensions Underwriters.
