Simon Castonguay is a Senior Director and is Deputy Leader of our Risk & Broking team in Canada (East Market), specializing in risk financing strategy and analytics solutions. He is responsible for helping clients achieve their goals by providing relevant, business-focused risk management solutions and acts as the interception point between the full range of WTW services and the complexity of his clients’ reality, ever evolving risk environments and strategies. In doing so, he brings what WTW has best to offer to his clients throughout the full range of expertise, talent and solutions – here and abroad. Simon is passionate about emerging risks, technology and innovation and how organization can benefit from their disruptive force. He actively works to bring the most value out of analytics solutions in ways which brings stakeholders together and accelerates corporate strategy. Over the years, Simon has been responsible for projects ranging from internal and external audit, IT risk management, preventing fraud and corruption, and various projects aligning change management, the uprising of new technologies and corporate risk management.
